Why I am being asked to change my password?  

1. You are a new user and required to provide the PCP application a new password other than the password which was initially setup for you by the system administrator.  

2. You forgot your password and the system administrator had to reset your password, so you can enter a new one.

3. Your current password about to expire. You are only allowed to use the same password for a period of 90 days, after which you will be required to provide a new password to use the PCP application. 

Password Requirements:
  a.  Must contain 1 of the following:
       Upper case
       Lower case
       Numeral
       Special character ~!@#$%^&*()_+
  b.  Minimum of 8 characters
  c.  Maximum of 10 characters
  d.  Cannot be a previously used password
