WELCOME TO LEIE REPORTING PORTAL

The LEIE Exclusion file is updated on or about the 7th of each month on the OIG website. An email notification
of when the file is updated is available by going to the OIG website at  http://oig.hhs.gov/  and selecting the “Get Email Updates”
option. The DIDD LEIE portal will open for entries once the monthly Exclusion File has been updated.
You must use the updated file for each month’s exclusion checks.
